Background
Joan has been in the mortgage business for 30+ years, from processing to underwriting, closing, and post closing, which has allowed her to understand the different steps of each department. Joan is also a licensed mortgage originator, which has helped her to be able to provide her expertise to new homeowners looking to purchase a home or refinance.
Joan's goals are to help grow Homeland Lending LLC, and to be able to make the dream of home ownership as stress free as possible for every client we work with.
In her free time, Joan enjoys swimming, cooking and spending as much time as possible with her family.
